Spectral cape
A thick cape covered in feathers... and probably spiders.
The Spectral cape is the cape of the spectral armour set. It carries the Infernal cape's bonuses, and nothing more.
It does not count towards the set effect: only the five armour pieces scale anything.
Getting one
It comes out of the Spectral mystery box and nowhere else. The box drops from Spectral Bandos, is sold at the Donator Store counter, and is one of the two boxes the Halloween sale gives away. Tradeable; the General Store will not buy it.
