Ensouled dagannoth head
The creature's soul is still in here. I could reanimate it with Expert Reanimation.
How to get it
| Monster | Quantity | Rarity |
|---|---|---|
| Dagannoth Prime | 1 | 1/22 |
| Dagannoth Rex | 1 | 1/22 |
| Dagannoth Supreme | 1 | 1/18 |
| Dagannoth | 1 | 1/51 |
Rates are per drop-table roll. A kill rolls the table one to three times, so the real per-kill chance is a little better.
