Blood fountain
Soaked in the fountain from the plain rune crossbow. 120 vitae unlocks the rune crossbow family once, then each dip costs 500 blood money. Every bonus above zero gains 2 (magic damage and prayer excepted) for 10,000 swings or hits taken, then it dries back to the plain item.
